Dan Dunivan, President & Auctioneer
Dan started Commonwealth Auctions in July 2015 when he saw a need for an honest auction company in central Virginia. He is a graduate of the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in High Point, North Carolina. He is a licensed Virginia Auctioneer and is a member of the Virginia Auctioneers Association. In 2013, Dan graduated from VCU where he earned a Bachelor’s in History with a concentration in U.S./VA and Art History. Dan has worked in the auction industry for over a decade. Dan was born and raised in Powhatan, VA and currently resides in North Chesterfield, VA.
